(Action on 1-3-18). <br /> (2) CB1712-60 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special <br /> Improvement Project entitled, "Bond Street Railroad Crossing," Fund 303, Program <br /> 056, as established by Ordinance No. 3034-07. (3rd and final reading on 1-3-18) <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $2,126,938.71 for the period of December 2, 2017 through December 8, 2017. <br /> (4) Authorize the closure of 39th Street, McDougal Avenue, 37th Street, and Paine Avenue <br /> on July 7, 2018, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., for the Seattle Summer Music Games, a drum <br /> corps competition, organized by the Northwest Music Association. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (5) CB 1711-59 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing Fund No. <br /> 451, a Special Enterprise Fund, entitled "Everett-Tulalip Joint Water Line Fund" as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2917-06. <br /> (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement to fund Everett Station District Alliance <br /> Economic Development Activities at a cost of $50,000. <br />
