(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Washington Military Department for Emergency Management Assistance Compact Deployment of Authorized Resources authorizing the Washington Military Department to reimburse the City for $185,355.12. (8) Approve the Settlement of Holte v. City of Everett, Cause No. 15-2-02220-1, in the amount of $75,000. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Partial Release of Easement to Port of Everett for areas adjacent to Seiner Drive in the Waterfront Place Development. (10) Adopt Resolution adopting the 2017 City of Everett Surface Water Comprehensive Plan. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 12 to the Professional Services Agreement with Perteet, Inc. for additional general engineering and consulting management services for the Riverfront Development in an amount not to exceed $28,081.00, including Washington State sales tax. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to provide additional services for the Three Lakes Valve Bypass Project in an additional amount of $4,000.00. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Casne Engineering, Inc. to provide additional services for the Three Lakes Valve Bypass Project in an additional amount of $4,800.00.
