10 <br /> Resolution No. <br /> A Resolution Adopting the 2017 Surface Water Comprehensive Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the City has an original set of basin plans for surface water management <br /> prepared in the 1980s; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City has prepared a 2017 Surface Water Comprehensive Plan to update <br /> and replace these original basin plans; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council fords that the 2017 Surface Water Comprehensive Plan <br /> meets the future surface water management needs of the City for the next 10 years; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> adopts the 2017 City of Everett Surface Water Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this day of , 2017. <br /> Council President <br /> 154 <br />
