Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new copies of any pages modified as a result <br /> of changes due to corrections of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide sections at window wells that are specific to this structure. Generic window well <br /> sections from the manufacturer are not acceptable. Details shall reflect the actual <br /> construction and size of the openings shown on the plans. <br /> 2. Washington State Energy Code for energy credit option 5a requires that"All showerhead <br /> and kitchen faucets shall be rated at 1.75 GPM or less. All other lavatory faucets shall <br /> be rated at 1.0 GPM or less." Include all requirements of the option chosen on the plans. <br /> 3. In basements where insulation is installed on the interior side of the wall the insulation <br /> shall extend form the top of the below-grade wall to the below-grade floor level and <br /> shall include R-5 rigid board providing a thermal break between the concrete wall and <br /> the slab. (R402.2.8 WSEC) <br /> 4. Provide a tested one-hour fire-resistant assembly between dwelling units. Specify the <br /> testing agency name and the specific assembly proposed to be used.
