Your original comments are shown in italics, our response in bold text. We have provided <br /> revised drawing sheets titled 'Permit Resubmittal #1'dated May 04, 2017 as a response to your <br /> comments. Revisions are clouded and noted with a delta 1. <br /> In addition to the addressed comments, tenant directed minor revisions have occurred that are reflected <br /> in the resubmitted drawing set. These revisions include: <br /> ✓• Eliminated the smoker's canopy <br /> ✓• Eliminated the interior trench drains <br /> �• Expanded the mechanical exhaust system <br /> ✓• Revised rooftop mechanical equipment <br /> �: Other minor revisions <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. The method of compliance with the IEBC should be identiFed in the project data code ana/ysis, to <br /> include whether it is prescriptive, work area, o�perfo�mance compliance. Please identify if the work is <br /> Leve/II or III alterations, to inc/ude whether the ceiling is remaining, light fixtures are being added or <br /> rep/aced, quantities, etc. There are also several forms for energy compliance which address scope of <br /> new work to determine/evel of comp/iance required by WSEC Chapter S. Please submit these forms, <br /> as referenced on the TI Checklist. <br /> Response: <br /> ;�/ The applicable IEBC compliance method has been added to sheet A0.00 under Project Data. <br /> Refer to attached cover letter from Robison Engineering addressing the energy compliance <br /> forms. <br /> OCCUPANCY <br /> 1. Please include the occupancy load ca/culations in the project data on the co ver sheet The projected <br /> occupant load has significantly increased from the last approved permit B081Z-010. <br /> a. Since interior drive lanes have been added to the building, the occupancy types should be <br /> amended to inc/ude S-Z vehicu/ar use, in addition to S-1 storage, per IBC Section 406, as <br /> amended by the State of Washington.
