Based on IBC Table <br /> 504.3 &506.2, the allowable height is 75 feet above grade plane and the allowable area is <br /> 76,000 sf. <br /> This building has >30 ft open space on all four sides and qualifies for a 75% increase to <br /> allowable area per IBC 506.3 Frontage increase. This results in a total allowable area of <br /> (76,000 sf x 1.75) 133,000 sf. <br /> *The A-2 occupancy is accessory to the main occupancy and is, therefore, not considered <br /> when determining which occupancy requirements govern. (873 sf/90,734 sf <10%) <br /> 3. P/ease show the fol%wing on the drawings: <br /> a. A discernible path of egress should be shown with illuminated exit signs,per IBC section <br /> 1011.1, to indude the existing building and mezzanines. <br /> b.
