Please indicate the accessible path of travel from the warehouse storage area to the office cafeteria <br /> and restrooms, to inc/ude a cross-hatched path and level changes, where the path of travel crosses <br /> the vehicu/ar/anes of tra v% per IBC section 110�4.1 and 1106,6, as amended by the State of <br /> Washington. <br /> ,/ Response: <br /> Code Plan 1/A1.00 shows striping throughout ithe warehouse which serves as the accessible <br /> route. This path serves all areas of the warehouse, the break room, and restrooms. There are <br /> no level changes across the main floor inside the building. The accessible route serving the <br /> existing mezzanine uses the existing elevator. <br /> 2. Please identify the main ent�ance, and the accessible route from the accessible parking to the main <br /> entrance of the building. Since new parking has�yeen added, and this is a Level III change of <br /> occupancy, p/ease indicate the fol%wing on the p/ans. <br /> a. The building permit site plan shou/d indicate the/ocation of van accessible parking, width <br /> dimensions, access ais/es for accessible,c�arking, curb cuts, accessible parking signage, and <br /> identifiable accessible routes to the building served,per IBC section 1104.3, 1106.1, 1106.4, <br /> 1106.5, 1106.6, and IEBC sections 410.S and 410.7. The costs for pro viding the accessible <br /> route are not to exceed 20% of the cost of the a/terations to the primary function area, <br /> b. Accessible parking spaces shou/d be loca�ted on the shortest accessible route to the main <br /> pedestrian entrance, per IBC section 1106.6, as amended by the State of Washington. <br /> c.
