Alterations which replace more than 50% of the luminaires have to comply with lighting controls, per <br /> WSEC C503.6. <br /> Warehouse space not planned for use as storage, but as a sort facility. Lighting controls for <br /> warehouse space by way of time-clock with override to match space use (like an open office area). <br /> Plans updated to reflect lighting controls. <br /> a. Please include both the interior and the exterior lighting in the lighting summary and analysis using <br /> the LIGHT-SUM form, per WSEC table C405.5.2 (1). This WSEC form should be submitted as part of <br /> the tenant improvement. <br /> Updated Interior Lighting WSEC compliance forms included in Electrical set. Exterior Lighting is not <br /> included in the scope of this project. Exterior Lighting WSEC compliance forms not required. Plans <br /> updated to reflect updated forms. <br /> b. Please include actual code section language on the drawings for interior and exterior lighting <br /> controls, sensors, and all other methods of compliance covered in electrical power and lighting <br /> systems per WSEC section C405. <br /> WSEC notes included in Electrical Set. Plans updated to include code language for controls, sensors, <br /> and all other methods of compliance per WSEC�C405. <br /> 2. Please identify if the S-2 occupancy is semi-heated, per WSEC section C402.1.1.1, or low energy path, <br /> which requires documentation on the plans for the intent for use and heating of the space per <br /> one of the four options summarized in WSEC section C402.1.1. <br /> S-2 is NOT semi-heated. It is treated as fully conditioned. No changes made to the plans. <br /> 3. A change to the space conditioning of the warehouse to semi-heated or to non-conditioned <br /> will require replacement and modification of existing structure and fenestration of the office and <br /> mezzanine structure, per IEBC C503.2. <br /> a. For the change of warehouse occupancy to S-2 vehicular use, please indicate the prescriptive <br /> method of building envelope compliance for the offices first floor and mezzanine, the existing <br /> building within the building, to include detailed R-Values of existing or modified interior and <br /> exterior walls, roof-ceiling cavities, man-doors and garage doors, per WSEC section C402.1. <br />
