In investigating the
existing building condition, it has been determined that the existing warehouse was a semi-heated
conditioned space. We will be pursuing a semi-heated warehouse space as well. This has been revised
per the attached mechanical drawings. Since we are not changing the space conditioning, WSEC Section
503.2 is not applicable. Refer to attached compliance letter from Robison Engineering outlining adherence
to the requirements of WSEC sections 406 and 503.
The new roll-up doors conform to the energy code maximum u-values. This energy code compliance
information has been added to sheet A1.00.
Refer to attached Plan Check Comment Response from Robison Engineering for additional information.
We hope the above response has addressed your comments. If not, don't hesitate to contact us so we
may resolve your questions.
Sincerely,
FREIHEIT& HO ARCHITECTS, INC., P.S.
 _,
Dustin Thorlakson
Architectural Designer
Attachments: Energy Code Compliance Letter
Energy Calculation Forms
Revised Drawing sheets A1.00, M0.0, M1.0, M1.2, M2.0, M2.1, M2.2, M2.3, E6.0
 425 827 2100 425 828 6899 www.FHOARCH.COM 5209 Lal<e Washington Blvd N.E.
