The south boundary line of�he subject property is 33r� Sfreet, ar�d the eastern <br /> boundary �s the afley between Broadway Avenue and McDougafl Avenue. The <br /> proposed upgrade of the subject property includes developmenf af the lot that <br /> abuts the subject property to the nor�h. The abutting lot would be merged �vith <br /> the subject property and be devefoped for parking purpases. The AppEican� is <br /> the owner ofi bo�h Iots.
