You <br /> and Bob indicated that it would be helpful to have a meeting at the site to discuss the <br /> remaining issues. Please suggest some times/days that are convenient for you and Bob to <br /> meet at the site. In response to the revisions received, the plans have been examined and you <br /> are advised that this is still an incomplete submittal. Please submit two sets of revisions with a <br /> response letter indicating how all corrections are resolved on the plan set. All required <br /> submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will <br /> be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. These comments address building issues <br /> only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning, <br /> Public Works, Traffic, or Fire). <br /> General <br /> 1. Previous comment. Please submit a completed (attached) worksheet for RCW 64.55 <br /> Building Enclosure for all work done to the exterior building enclosure, including the spa <br /> roofed area. This documentation is required before the building permit can be issued. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Previous comment. The roof structure and the floor structure supporting the hot tub <br /> has deteriorated, and may not be adequate to support dead and live loads for people, <br /> snow, wind, per IPMC section 304.4. <br /> a. Please submit framing plans and calculations for the hot tub roofed enclosure <br /> and floor framing; or, <br /> b.
