Accordingly, enforcement action under the Everett Municipal Code may <br /> result from not remedying the violation(s). A copy of the Everett Building and Fire Codes are <br /> available for viewing at the City Clerk's office. <br /> This notice is an action of the Fire Code Official for purposes of EMC 16.64.030, which <br /> establishes a procedure for requesting the Board of Review to authorize compliance with the <br /> Everett Fire Code through the use of suitable alternative materials, alternative types and <br /> methods of construction, and a proposed equivalent method of protection or safety. The Board <br /> of Review does not have the authority to waive requirements of the Everett Fire Code but may <br /> authorize a plan for phasing in compliance.
