, • � <br /> FINDINGS AND DECISION <br /> OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br /> OF JAMES HAUGEN FOR APPROVAL OF <br /> A VARIANCE VARIANCE #15-006 <br /> SUMMARY OF DECISION: A variance for the reduction of the required <br /> off-street parking is granted for the enlarged <br /> lot at 3231 Broadway Avenue, Everett, <br /> Washington, subject to conditions listed <br /> herein. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> James Haugen, Applicant, requested a variance for reduction of the required off-street <br /> parking for property at 3231 Broadway Avenue, Everett, Washington (subject property). <br /> Currently, there are four off-street parking spaces on the subject property and a 16 <br /> space off-street parking lot at 3225 McDougall Avenue (abutting property). The <br /> property at 3225 McDougall Avenue is north of the subject property and abuts it. The <br /> Applicant proposes to consolidate the two lots and provide 20 off-street parking spaces. <br /> A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br /> October 27, 2015.
