All <br /> required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Additional revisions may be <br /> necessary before a permit can be issued. <br /> General <br /> 1. Please identify current codes and standards for new work on the cover sheet of the <br /> drawings. <br /> 2. Please indicate the suppression type (NFPA 13 is required for commercial buildings) and <br /> basement location of sprinkler system on the drawing code analysis. <br /> 3. Please submit compliance requirements for RCW 64.55 Building Enclosure, complete <br /> details with certification or a recorded Sales Prohibition Covenant. This documentation <br /> is required before the building permit can be issued. <br /> 4. New work should be detailed on the drawings and referenced to plans and sections. <br /> 5. Work that has been removed should be shown on the plans. Typically a legend would <br /> indicate a dashed line for removed work, such as the temporary extension of the loading <br /> dock. <br /> 6.
