Accessibility has been required since the 1982 UBC. <br /> 2. New doors or reinstalled doors should be shown on the drawings with hardware that is <br /> operable without tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist, per IBC section <br /> 1008.1.9.1. <br /> Energy <br /> 1.
