• � <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing <br /> Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 <br /> International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington <br /> State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br /> Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable <br /> Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more <br /> restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the responsibility of the owner of the building. <br /> These comments address building issues only.
