C4MMERCIAL KITCHEN PLUMBING PERMIT <br /> SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST <br /> PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> 1. Two complete copies of the APPROVED set of plans and specifications that <br /> were submitted to the Snohomish County Health District. SHD can be reached <br /> at 425-339-5250 or web site www.snohd.org. * <br /> 2. Completed Permit Application /Fees <br /> 3. All documents must be clearly legible for microfilming. Pencil drawings will <br /> not be accepted. <br /> These requirements apply to plumbing permits for new or revised commercial kitchens in <br /> buildings with occupancies defined by the International Building Code. <br /> This checklist is in addition to all other permit submittals required for the work, including <br /> building, mechanical, fuel gas, Type I and II hoods, fire suppression permits, and fire <br /> detection plans submitted to the Fire Department. <br /> When a building permit is required for the proposed scope of construction, including new <br /> walls, exits, etc., the plumbing permit cannot be submitted until after the building permit <br /> has been approved. <br /> *In addition to the building depa�^tment plan �eview, industrial waste <br /> p�et�eatment will be contacted fo� app�oval of you� g�ease �^emoval <br /> system.
