Solomon Christian School Traffic Impact Analysis <br /> 4.2 Snohomish County <br /> The Solomon Christian School is located inside the UGA of TSA F, which has a commercial <br /> traffiic mitigation fee of$196 per daily trip. The development will generate 12.71 new daily trips <br /> and will result in Snohomish County traffic mitigation fees of$2,491.16 the equivalent of$1.08 <br /> per square foot. <br /> 4.3 Washington State Department of Transportation <br /> WSDOT mitigation fees are based on the area wide mitibation fee or impacts to WSDOT <br /> collection projects identified on the Exhibit C List of the interlocal ageeement. The Solomon <br /> Christian School will not generate 3 PM peak-hour trips and will therefore not impact any <br /> collection projects with 3 or more PM pea-hour trips so no mitibation fees will need to be paid to <br /> WSDOT. <br /> 4.4 Traf�ic Impact Fee Summary <br /> The Solomon Christian School is proposed to consist of 2,304 SF, which is only 1,152 SF is <br /> anticipated to generate 12.71 daily trips with 1.72 PM peak-hour trips. CONCLUSIONS <br /> The Solomon Christian School is proposed to consist of 1,152 SF of office space and 1,152 SF of <br /> classroom space. No new students will be added with the new portable classrooms. The <br /> development is anticipated to generate 12.71 average daily trips with 1.80 AM peak-hour trips <br /> and 1.72 PM peak-hour trips. The development is proposed to use the existing access to 230t�' <br /> Street SW. The development is not anticipated to significantly impact any Snohomish County <br /> arterial units in arrears or arterial units at ultimate capacity or WSDOT intersections.
