Co.- not to exceed 13,585.00 <br /> Penny-Argo Prop. - not to exceed 13,585.00 <br /> � I <br /> Wash. Serv. Corp.- not to exceed 13,585.00 <br /> The Boeing Company - not to exceed 13,585.00 <br /> TOTAL $130,000.00 <br /> c. The funds shall be expended in direct proportion to the relative <br /> contributions of the contributors to the Fund. <br /> Section 7. <br /> ii <br /> In the event a funding source or funding sources are secured to <br /> construct some or all of the Improvements in the "Paine Field <br /> Boulevard" corridor then the expenses paid by the Contributors for <br /> consultants, to the extent permitted by law and insofar as said <br /> expenses relate to the Improvements constructed by the said funding <br /> source or sources, shall be proportionately refunded to the <br /> Contributors without interest if a funding source permitting such <br /> refund becomes available within four years of the date of this <br /> instrument or if for some reason said contributions are not spent on <br /> this Study. <br /> it <br /> Section 8. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance be <br /> declared unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, <br /> it shall be conclusively presumed that this ordinance would have been <br /> enacted without the provision so held unconstitutional or invalid and the <br /> remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected as a result of said part <br /> hbeing held unconstitutional or invalid. <br /> -3- <br />
