All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide elevation drawings for proposed addition. Show roof pitch, roofing, siding <br /> material, doors, windows, finished floor levels, plate height at each level and show <br /> finished grade on each side view. <br /> 2. Provide a landing at exterior side of double doors in bonus room. Landing shall be <br /> within 1�/2"of the finished floor. <br /> 3. Specify all window and door sizes on floor plans. <br /> 4. Designate tempered safety glass in hazardous locations as defined in Section R308 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC) 2009 edition. <br /> 5. Provide footing under bearing wall supporting floor joists along new stairs. <br /> 6. Provide section view of existing exterior wall adjacent to the new stairs. Show how <br /> existing wall on the lower level and the existing wall on the upper level are capable of <br /> resisting a horizontal load applied at the floor level. <br /> 7.
