January 3, 2018 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member McNeal who abstained from the vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> In response to Ms. Townsell's concerns, Council Member Stonecipher <br /> stated for the record that a use restriction covenant exists that is affiliated <br /> with the surplus of the property. <br /> RESOLUTION — SUPLUS AND TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 7201 declaring a portion of the <br /> approximately 21-acre City-owned Real Property located at 6107 <br /> Berkshire Drive, commonly known as the Water Reservoir #3 Site, as <br /> surplus and authorizing its transfer to Catholic Housing Services of <br /> Western Washington. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member McNeal who abstained from the vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — BEVERLY LAKE SANITARY SEWER <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJCT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with HWA GeoSciences, Inc. to <br /> extend the agreement completion date to December 31, 2019, at no <br /> additional cost to the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member McNeal who abstained from the vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10 <br />
