A request for hearing is filed no later than three <br /> 2 (3) calendar days prior to the hearing date with the <br /> City Treasurer or his designee. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Section 3: Subsection B of Section 39 of Ordinance No. 994-83 which <br /> 5 reads as follows: <br /> 6 <br /> B. Office - Part-time - Remuneration. The office of the <br /> 7 Hearing Examiner shall be part-time and remunerated by <br /> personal service contract. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 10 <br /> B. Office - Part-time - Remuneration. The office of the <br /> 11 Hearing Examiner shall be part-time and remunerated by <br /> personal service contract. Notwithstanding this, the <br /> 12 City's municipal judge(s) may also serve in the capacity of <br /> Hearing Examiner. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Section 4: Ordinance No. 994-83 is hereby amended by the addition of <br /> 15 the following provisions: <br /> 16 <br /> A. City of Everett Parking Lots. <br /> 17 <br /> 1. The provisions of this ordinance shall apply to the <br /> 18 City of Everett parking lots located immediately <br /> south and west of the Everett City Hall building <br /> 19 located at 3002 Wetmore Avenue. The parking lots are <br /> respectively identified as parking Lots A, B and C. <br /> 20 <br /> 2. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within <br /> 21 Parking Lots A, B and C in any parking space which is <br /> designated "Leased" unless the person stops, stands <br /> 22 or parks in a parking space which has been leased to <br /> him/her by the City of Everett. No person shall <br /> 23 stop, stand or park a vehicle in any parking space <br /> which is designated "Police Only" unless that person <br /> 24 stops, stands or parks a City of Everett police <br /> vehicle which is designated as an exempt vehicle by <br /> 25 the Department of Licensing. No person shall stop, <br /> stand or park a vehicle in a parking space which is <br /> 26 otherwise restricted by a specific designation such <br /> as "Mayor," "Police Chief" or "Police Captain" unless <br /> 27 that person has been assigned that space by the City <br /> of Everett. No person shall stop, stand or park a <br /> 28 vehicle in any parking space designated "Official <br /> Business" unless that person is attending to business <br /> 29 at the Everett City Hall. <br /> 30 3 . No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within <br /> parking Lots A, B and C where official signs prohibit <br /> 31 stopping, standing or parking. <br /> 32 <br /> 2 <br />
