Due to the increase in height for the original 37' pole constructed, the 1999 additional increase to 57', and this proposed increase to 70'the project will need to go through a "Review Process II" (REVII) decision for a new SEPA and a Special Property Use (SPU) of the structure in this zone. The next step for this process would be to submit the SEPA application and the SPU REVII. These projects will be separate, but run concurrently for their review and public comment periods. Please include, in both, a description of justification for the height increase; similar to what was described in the pre-app. Many of the documents can serve dual purpose for the project (such as, oniy 20 copies total for site plans; one Environmental Checklist; only four Special Studies; etc.).
