All antennas, electrical conduits, equipment cabinet and other pole mounted equipment <br /> and hardware must be a color similar to the new steel utility pole, painted dark brown, so <br /> as to blend in with the pole. <br /> 2. The wireless communication facility will be required to be removed if it is unused far a <br /> period of at least 120 days. <br /> 3. To the extent provided by law, this utility pole must be available for other <br /> communications service providers. <br /> 4. Construction permits, inspections, and final approvals are required for this project from City <br /> of Everett Permit Services. <br /> 2. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br /> City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br /> showing landscaping, utilities, temporary construction erosion and sedimentation control, and <br /> all required improvements/restoration on private property and within the public right-of-way. <br /> Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued.
