, , .
•
prior to final approval/close-out of the permit.
3. The construction plans shall show all existing underground utilities in the vicinity of the
proposed replacement pole and any proposed trenching for conduit installation. Use the
City's GIS information from https://everettwa.ov/mapeverett with a combination of record
drawings, 811 locates, survey, etc. as necessary.
4. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to
commencement of any clearing or earthwork. This will be minor, however some ground
disturbance will occur as a result of this project and downstream inlets/catch basins must be
protected from silt-laden runoff and construction debris.
5. Stormwater from the site shall be managed in accordance with the applicable City
stormwater management requirements, if triggered. Currently, the project is proposing less
than 2000sf of hard surface, and is therefore not triggering stormwater mitigation
requirements.
6. Any broken or damaged roadway/public right-of-way shall be repaired/replaced in
accordance with current City of Everett Standards and per the direction of the City Public
Works Inspector.
7. The face of the new utility pole shall be placed at least 2 feet from the edge of the adjacent
pavement.
8. A custom traffic control plan is required prior to any interruptions to Forest Dr and/or the
local street network surrounding the project area. Forest Dr is a narrow roadway that
provides the only access to several homes north of the project site. If Forest Dr will be
obstructed for more than 15 minutes at a time during this project, each neighbor impacted by
the closure shall be contacted to discuss how to minimize road closure impacts. If possible, it
would be preferred that the traffic control plans are submitted with the Public Works Permit
application package.
SPU16-011
