Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Plans shall clearly define the scope of the work to be done under this permit. Provide floor <br /> plan that clearly shows all new construction and defines repairs made to existing <br /> structure. Walls being replaced on the first floor shall be shown as new or proposed with <br /> the corresponding symbol defined in the legend. <br /> 2. Provide plans, details and section drawings as needed for the construction of the unlawful <br /> dormers that were added without permits. Show ceiling height and insulation <br /> requirements in a section drawing. Specify floor joist size, species and grade. Trace all <br /> loads to the foundation. Show how all roof sections are supported where existing rafters <br /> are cut. Specify pitch of roof at new dormers and the appropriate roofing <br /> material based on slope. Verify header sizes in existing west wall supporting <br /> additional floor load from dormers. <br /> 3. Provide attic ventilation calculations. Show size and location of all roof ventilation. <br /> 4.
