Divisions of Land with Existing Structures: <br /> When divisions or redivisions of land are submitted proposing <br /> the creation of new lots with existing structures, the existing <br /> structures shall comply with all zoning code requirements <br /> including, but not limited to, such things as setbacks, parking <br /> requirements, and height standards, provided, however, if the <br /> structures are legal nonconforming buildings, nothing shall <br /> prohibit the division of such land, as long as the division <br /> does not make the structures more nonconforming <br /> Exception: If the lots cannot meet zoning code and lot density <br /> requirements and the structure(s) is a legal nonconforming <br /> structures, the applicant may then apply for a variation under <br /> Section 6.A. . Deviations from lot density may be granted only for <br /> existing legal nonconforming structures, and the structures must meet <br /> the minimum Uniform Housing Code requirements as specified in <br /> Ordinance #1247-86, as amended. <br /> Section 4: Section 5.C.7.j . of Ordinance No. 1119-85 (E.M.C. <br /> 18.24.100 j), which reads as follows: <br /> j.
