Double frontage lots shall be avoided whenever possible. <br /> c. Lots shall not, in general, access off of arterials. <br /> Where driveway access from an arterial may be necessary <br /> for several adjoining lots, the City may require that <br /> such lots be served by combined access points and <br /> driveways designed or arranged so as to avoid requiring <br /> vehicles to back into traffic. <br /> -6- <br />
