VOTE: The appropriation for Phase II and Phase III shall be made at a later <br /> date by amendment to this ordinance. Preliminary indications are that <br /> the Federal government, State and Port of Everett will share in the <br /> construction cost. <br /> Section 6 Severability. If any provision of this ordinance be declared <br /> unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, it shall be conclusively presumed that this <br /> ordinance would have been enacted without the provision so held <br /> unconstitutional or invalid and the remainder of this ordinance <br /> shall not be affected as a result of said part being held <br /> unconstitutional or invalid. <br /> Section 7 The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to <br /> obtain interim financing which may be in any form permitted by <br /> law. Interim financing liabilities shall be paid by the <br /> Treasurer as soon as permanent financing monies, from sources as <br /> described elsewhere in this Ordinance, are received. <br /> Section 8 This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward <br /> from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been <br /> accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of <br /> reappropriation as per RCW 35.33.151. <br /> City of Everett <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> nty Attorney <br /> bity Clerk <br /> Valid: / _ / -�7 <br /> Published: / - <-2/ -6P7 <br /> 1472H <br />
