• <br /> • • <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. /3/..,1-_R <br /> 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1197-85 which provides for <br /> 3 the licensing of "panorams," "previews," "picture arcades," <br /> or "peep shows." <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 6 <br /> Section 1: That Section 1(L) of Ordinance No. 1197-85 which reads as <br /> 7 <br /> follows: <br /> 8 <br /> 9 L. Premises Regulations. <br /> 10 All panoram premises shall conform to the following <br /> requirements: <br /> 11 <br /> 1. The entire interior of the panoram premises shall be <br /> 12 arranged in such a manner that the interior of every <br /> panoram station is visible from a continuous main <br /> 13 aisle, and in such a manner that the entire back of <br /> any person viewing a panoram device is visible when <br /> 14 observed from the continuous main aisle. The panoram <br /> station shall at no time be obscured by any curtain, <br /> 15 • door or other enclosure. <br /> 16 2. Doors to areas on the premises which are available <br /> for use by persons other than the licensee or <br /> 17 employees of the licensee shall not be locked during <br /> business hours. <br /> 18 <br /> 3. Illumination shall be maintained which is generally <br /> 19 distributed in all parts of the premises available <br /> for use by the public. Such illumination shall be <br /> 20 not less than ten (10) foot candles at floor level at <br /> all times when the premises are open or when any <br /> 21 member of the public is permitted to enter and remain <br /> therein. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 24 <br /> L. Premises Regulations. <br /> 25 <br /> All panoram premises shall conform to the following <br /> 26 requirements: <br /> 27 1. The entire interior of the panoram premises shall be <br /> arranged in such a manner so that each panoram <br /> 28 station therein is entered from a continuous main <br /> aisle at least five (5) feet in width. <br /> 29 <br /> 2. The view from the continuous main aisle of any person <br /> 30 inside a station shall not be obstructed except by a <br /> door , curtain or other screening device of no greater <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
