• • • 1 ORDINANCE NO. /3/..,1-_R 2 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1197-85 which provides for 3 the licensing of "panorams," "previews," "picture arcades," or "peep shows." 4 5 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 6 Section 1: That Section 1(L) of Ordinance No. 1197-85 which reads as 7 follows: 8 9 L. Premises Regulations. 10 All panoram premises shall conform to the following requirements: 11 1. The entire interior of the panoram premises shall be 12 arranged in such a manner that the interior of every panoram station is visible from a continuous main 13 aisle, and in such a manner that the entire back of any person viewing a panoram device is visible when 14 observed from the continuous main aisle. The panoram station shall at no time be obscured by any curtain, 15 • door or other enclosure. 16 2. Doors to areas on the premises which are available for use by persons other than the licensee or 17 employees of the licensee shall not be locked during business hours. 18 3. Illumination shall be maintained which is generally 19 distributed in all parts of the premises available for use by the public. Such illumination shall be 20 not less than ten (10) foot candles at floor level at all times when the premises are open or when any 21 member of the public is permitted to enter and remain therein. 22 23 is hereby amended to read as follows: 24 L.
