• <br /> 1 dimensions than that permitted in this section; and <br /> in no event may the view from the <br /> 2 continuous main aisle into the station be obstructed, <br /> or the station be designed in such a way as to <br /> 3 prevent the determination of the number of persons <br /> therein. <br /> 4 <br /> 3. The bottom of any door , curtain or screening device <br /> 5 shall be not less than twenty-seven (27 ) inches above <br /> the floor of the panoram station in panoram stations <br /> 6 where the occupant sits in a chair or on a seating <br /> surface to view the panoram. In panoram stations <br /> 7 where the occupant stands to view the panoram, the <br /> bottom of any door , curtain or screening device shall <br /> 8 not be less than thirty-six (36) inches above the <br /> floor of the panoram station. <br /> 9 <br /> 4. No panoram station having a door, curtain or other <br /> 10 screening device at its entrance shall contain any <br /> chair or other seating surface unless the door, <br /> 11 curtain or screening device has, at a location <br /> between sixty-six (66 ) and seventy-eight (78 ) inches <br /> 12 above the floor, an opening twelve (12) inches in <br /> height and at least twenty-four (24 ) inches in width <br /> 13 which provides an unobstructed view through either <br /> open space or clear and clean window glass, to the <br /> 14 side walls and back wall of the station. Any chair <br /> or seating surface in such panoram station shall not <br /> 15 provide a seating surface more than twenty (20) <br /> inches in either length or width and shall not be <br /> 16 higher than twenty (20) inches from the floor . There <br /> shall be no more than one such chair or seating <br /> 17 surface in any panoram station. <br /> 18 5. Doors to areas on the premises which are available <br /> for use by persons other than the licensee or <br /> 19 employees of the licensee shall not be locked during <br /> business hours. <br /> 20 <br /> 6 . Illumination shall be maintained which is generally <br /> 21 distributed in all parts of the premises available <br /> for use by the public including the panoram <br /> 22 stations. Such illumination shall be not less than <br /> ten (10) foot candles at floor level at all times <br /> 23 when the premises are open or when any member of the <br /> public is permitted to enter and remain therein. <br /> 24 <br /> 7. The entire floor area of a panoram station must be <br /> 25 level with the continuous main aisle. No steps or <br /> risers are allowed in any such station. <br /> 26 <br /> 8 . There shall be permanently posted and maintained in <br /> 27 at least two conspicous locations on the interior of <br /> every panoram premise a sign stating substantially <br /> 28 the following: <br /> 29 "Occupancy of any station (booth) is at all <br /> times limited to only one person.
