The licensee shall not operate or maintain any <br /> 5 warning system or device, of any nature or kind, for <br /> the purpose of warning customers or patrons or any <br /> 6 other persons occupying panoram stations located on <br /> licensee's premises that police officers or City <br /> 7 health, fire, licensing or building inspectors are <br /> approaching or have entered the licensee's premises. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Section 2: That Ordinance No. 1197-85 is hereby amended by the <br /> 10 addition of the following section: <br /> 11 <br /> Prohibited Acts. <br /> 12 <br /> 1. A panoram station subject to the requirements of this <br /> 13 ordinance may only be occupied by one person at any one <br /> time. It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy such a <br /> 14 station at the same time it is occupied by any other person. <br /> 15 2. It shall be unlawful to stand or kneel on any chair or <br /> seating surface in a panoram station. <br /> 16 <br /> 3. It shall be unlawful for any owner , operator , manager, <br /> 17 employee or other person in charge of premises for which a <br /> panoram premise license is required, to warn, or aid and <br /> 18 abet the warning of, customers or patrons or any other <br /> persons occupying panoram stations located on panoram <br /> 19 premises that police officers are approaching or have <br /> entered the licensee's premises. <br /> 20 <br /> 4. It shall be unlawful to masturbate in a panoram station or <br /> 21 in the panoram premises. <br /> 22 <br /> Section 3: SEVERABILITY. <br /> 23 <br /> If any provision of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional <br /> 24 <br /> or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be conclusively <br /> 25 <br /> presumed that this ordinance would have been enacted without the provision <br /> 26 <br /> so held unconstitutional or invalid, and the remainder of this ordinance <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 3 <br />
