Any material from a cesspool, privy, septic tank , or 2 other on-site disposal system shall not be discharged into the sewerage 3 system except at points and in a manner prescribed by the Director . 4 G. Supplemental Limitations. Mass Limitations. The Director may impose mass limitations on 17 Discharges which are using dilution to meet the Pretreatment Standards or 18 Requirements of this ordinance, or in other cases where the imposition of 19 mass limitations is deemed appropriate by the Director. 20 Section 5: ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGES. 21 A. Protection Procedures. Each Discharger shall provide 22 protection from accidental discharge of materials or substances prohibited 23 or limited under this ordinance into the Municipal Sewer System or into 24 waters of the state. Where necessary, facilities to prevent accidental 25 discharge of prohibited materials shall be provided and maintained at the 26 Discharger 's cost and expense. Detailed plans showing facilities and 27 operating procedures to provide this protection shall be submitted to the 28 Director for review, and shall be approved by the Director before 29 construction of the facility. Each Discharger, where requested by the 30 Director , shall complete its plan and submit same to the Director within 90 31 days of being notified by the Director. No Discharger who discharges to 32 8
