Hansen, Trustee for Williams-Novack and Hansen i,, Darrell <br /> J. Storkson, Trustee for Rosebud Profit Sharing Trust, Chung C. Kim, Yong Un <br /> Kim, Ki Ho Shin, Gordon Q. Reykdal, Janice I. Reykdal, Gayle McDowell, and <br /> • <br /> Eloise McDowell, said parties being hereinafter collectively referred to as <br /> Owners, and the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of <br /> the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as the City; ' <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> • <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, EDWARD D.
