It appears as if we would allow a driveway from the street.The <br /> property owner need to make a Public Works permit application and construct the driveway to code if approved.This <br /> will entail removal of existing sidewalk and a re-install of an actual driveway curb-cut. If they can't afford to do this or do <br /> not want to,then the gravel needs to be removed.
