On-Premise Sign. An exterior sign which advertises only <br /> the business or the goods, products, services, or facilities located on the <br /> property on which the sign is located. <br /> F. Scenic View Corridors. Those streets which have unusual <br /> natural view significance in the City. They are as follows: Colby Avenue, <br /> Hewitt Avenue and Marine View Drive. <br /> G. User. This means any person, firm or corporation using a <br /> billboard. <br /> Section 3: APPLICATION. This ordinance does not apply to <br /> any sign which is regulated by Chapter 16.16, Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Section 4: BILLBOARDS.
