The <br /> costs so incurred may be charged to the local improvement district and <br /> 2 distributed to the property benefited. <br /> 3 Section 78: Fire Department's Estimated Consumption. <br /> 4 The Chief of the Fire Department shall cause to be estimated and <br /> 5 submitted to the Utilities Superintendent, on a monthly basis, a quantity <br /> 6 listing of all unmetered water used by the Fire Department for purposes of <br /> 7 fire prevention, control and/or suppression, drilling and training by fire <br /> 8 companies and personnel and other quantitites of unmetered water used by or <br /> 9 within the Fire Department's operations. <br /> 10 Section 79: Report by Plumbing Inspector. <br /> 11 It shall be the duty of the Plumbing Inspector to report, in writing, <br /> 12 to the Utilities Superintendent, or his designated representative, all <br /> 13 premises inspected by him where City water or sewer service is installed, or <br /> 14 about to be installed, within forty-eight hours after such inspection. This <br /> 15 report shall contain the name of the owner, the official house number, the <br /> 16 name of the street, the plumber or person performing the work and the <br /> 17 classification of the service in conformity with the Utilities Division's <br /> 18 classification list. The Plumbing Inspector shall cause stop and waste <br /> 19 valves to be placed so as to thoroughly drain all pipes and fixtures on each <br /> 20 separate premises. <br /> 21 Section 80: Turn-off in Condemned Buildings. <br /> 22 Whenever the Building Inspector shall report in writing to the <br /> 23 Utilities Superintendent that any building has been condemned by him as a <br /> 24 structure not habitable and dangerous to human life, or whenever the health <br /> 25 officer shall report in like manner to the Utilities Superintendent that any <br /> 26 building has been condemned by him as unsanitary and not fit for human <br /> 27 habitation, the Utilities Superintendent shall at once cause the water to be <br /> 28 shut off to said building and not permit it to be turned on again until the <br /> 29 building has been made safe or sanitary or until the Building Inspector or <br /> 30 health officer shall direct otherwise. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 29 <br />
