ti • 1 ` <br /> 'r <br /> . 1 <br /> 1 hereafter amended, for all delinquent and unpaid charges for water and <br /> 2 special charges against the premises to which the same has been furnished; <br /> 3 provided, that the owner of said premises, or the owner of a delinquent <br /> 4 mortgage thereon, may give written notice to the Utilities Superintendent or <br /> 5 other head of such works or plants to cut off service to the premises and <br /> 6 from and after the giving of such notice and the payment or tender of the <br /> 7 then delinquent and unpaid charges against such premises for such service <br /> 8 together with the cut off charge, the Utilities Division shall have no lien <br /> 9 on the premises for charges for such services thereafter furnished, nor <br /> 10 shall the owner, or the owner of a delinquent mortgage thereon, be held for <br /> 11 the payment thereof; provided further, that such liens shall not be for more <br /> 12 than four months charges due or to become due, nor for any charges which <br /> 13 have been due for more than four months, unless such limitation is waived. <br /> 14 The enforcement of this lien shall be by cutting off the service until the <br /> 15 delinquent and unpaid charges are paid. <br /> 16 Section 85: Utilities Superintendent's Authority--Administration and <br /> Operations. <br /> 17 <br /> In the event a situation or circumstance should arise relating to the <br /> 18 <br /> administration and operation of the Utilities Division, which is not covered <br /> 19 <br /> by this ordinance, then the same shall be referred to the Utilities <br /> 20 <br /> Superintendent for decision on action and procedure. Such decision shall be <br /> 21 <br /> final, subject to the decision of the Mayor, in matters relating to <br /> 22 <br /> Utilities Division administration, operations and procedures. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Section 86: Sprinkling. <br /> A. Three-fourths inch and one inch metered services within the City limits <br /> 25 shall be eligible and receive sprinkling rates where the service is <br /> 26 provided to a single or multiple unit dwelling or apartment house which <br /> has a lawn normally requiring sprinkling during the summer months, <br /> 27 provided that premises having a permanent type swimming pool or other <br /> installation normally capable of utilizing an excessive amount of water <br /> 28 shall not be eligible for sprinkling rates. <br /> B. Services outside the City limits shall not be eligible for sprinkling <br /> • 29 rates. <br /> 30 C. Determination. The Utilities Division shall determine those services <br /> 31 within the City limits which shall be eligible for sprinkling rates. <br /> 32 <br /> 31 <br />
