For the months of May, June, July and August, eligible <br /> customers shall pay the base water charge at the minimum metered rate <br /> 2 and all usage in excess of 1,000 cubic feet at the 2,000 cubic feet, <br /> plus, metered rate as established under the current ordinance or <br /> 3 resolution establishing water rates; provided that there shall be no <br /> reduction of the filtration charge for sprinkling. <br /> 4 <br /> E. Use Confined to Premises. The use of water for sprinkling purposes <br /> 5 shall be confined to the limits of the premises for which the <br /> application for service was issued and water shall not be wasted by <br /> 6 allowing it to flow for excessive periods nor run onto streets and <br /> gutters. <br /> 7 <br /> Section 87: Penalty for Violations. <br /> 8 <br /> Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with <br /> 9 <br /> any of the mandatory requirements of this ordinance shall upon conviction of <br /> 10 <br /> such violation or failure be punished by a fine of not more than five <br /> 11 <br /> hundred dollars. <br /> 12 <br /> Section 88: Repealer. <br /> 13 <br /> Ordinance No. 's 4085, 31-69, 36-69, 102-70, 419-76, Section 1 of <br /> 14 <br /> 493-78, 482-77, 584-79, 709-80, Sections 5 and 6 of 796-81 and 856-82 are <br /> 15 <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> 16 <br /> _17 <br /> 18 WILLIAM E.
