1 Section 7: Severability. If any one or more of the sections or provisions <br /> 2 provided in this ordinance shall be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be <br /> 3 contrary to law, then such sections or provisions shall be null and void and shall be <br /> 4 deemed separable from the remaining sections or provisions in this ordinance and shall <br /> 5 in no way affect the validity of the remaining sections or provisions in this ordinance. <br /> 6 Section 8: General Duty. Nothing in this ordinance is intended to create a <br /> 7 cause of action or claim against the City or its officials or employees running to <br /> 8 specific individuals.
