January 24, 2018 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jane Zimmerman, Everett, spoke about the Public Works Department and <br /> state of the City. <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about employees of the Everett Police <br /> Department. <br /> Linda War Bonnet, Everett, spoke about the Westmont Holly <br /> Neighborhood and invited Mayor Franklin to attend their March meeting to <br /> talk about her gang initiative. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Economic Alliance Snohomish County Update. <br /> Presented by Patrick Pierce, EASC <br /> Lanie McMullin, Administration, introduced Patrick Pierce, President and <br /> CEO of the Economic Alliance Snohomish County. <br /> Council Member Murphy requested additional information about EASC's <br /> funding model, specifically a recap of the total funding that comes from <br /> government agencies and what Everett's portion represents. <br /> Council Member Moore stated he would like to see the depth and breadth <br /> of regional priorities and business objectives and how the full educational <br /> stream is integrated. <br /> 32 <br />
