This will affect <br /> the material cost of 6", 8" and 12"water. <br /> • The existing water vault and 8" Double Check Detector Assembly was removed and relocated, <br /> in lieu of removing and replacing with a new water vault per Bid Item A059. Bid Item A059 is <br /> eliminated with this change order and payment for relocating was paid via time and materials. <br /> • Existing 2" water meter is not an irrigation meter, as called out on sheet C5.0. The meter is a <br /> domestic line that serves the Port of Everett Guest Dock. This meter shall be relocated and <br /> connected to the new 8" line just south of the relocated, existing water vault. Payment was <br /> included in the work while relocating the existing water vault. <br /> Exhibit B—Additional Contract Time: <br /> There are no additional working days added for this change order. <br /> Exhibit C—Existing and New Bid Item(s) <br /> See attached. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Bid item A059—Water Vault is eliminated from the contract. <br /> "DI Pipe Lining Credit_In Diam" shall be measured by the LF and include the material cost <br /> difference from the special lining per SP 9-30.1(1)to the City of Everett Standard 5-6.2 <br /> New Bid Item for"RELOCATE EX WATER VAULT AND 2" METER" shall be paid LS and include <br /> all labor, equipment, materials, overhead and profit as detailed in the attached worksheets for work that <br /> occurred on 9/21/17. <br /> ATTACHMENT ONE FOLLOWS (Additional Pages) <br /> • New and Existing Bid Items <br /> • Interwest Change Proposal #01, Dated 10/26/17 <br /> • Interwest cost to relocate existing water vault and 2" domestic water meter <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
