Modify existing bid item#5 titled, "Traffic Control Labor", by deleting 2,000 hours of Traffic Control Labor at the unit price of$39.00 per hour,resulting in a $78,000.00 decrease to the contract amount. Item#12—Crushed Surfacing Base Course. Modify existing bid item#12 titled, "Crushed Surfacing Base Course",by adding 800 tons of Crushed Surfacing Base Course at the unit price of $37.00 per ton, resulting in a$29,600.00 increase to the contract amount. 1 Item#13—HMA CL '/2-inch PG 64-22. Modify existing bid item #13 titled, "HMA CL Y2-inch PG 64-22,by adding 100 tons of HMA CL %2-inch PG 64-22 at the unit price of$120.00 per ton, resulting in a$12,000.00 increase to the contract amount. Item#21 —LS#9 Structure, for Screening Equipment. Delete existing bid item#21 titled, "LS#9 Structure,for Screening Equipment", in its entirety,resulting in a$100,000.00 decrease to the contract amount. Item#32—Control Density Fill(CDF)for Filling Pipes. Modify existing bid item#32 titled, "Control Density Fill (CDF)for Filling Pipes", by deleting 180 cubic yards of Control Density Fill (CDF)for Filling Pipes at the unit price of$200.00 per cubic yard,resulting in a$36,000.00 decrease to the contract amount. The net result of the above five (5)modified items results in a contract price decrease of$172,400.00. 1 New Item: Item#54—LS#9 Modified Screen Vault Structure. Add new item#54 titled, "LS#9 Modified Screen Vault Structure", to the contract in the agreed lump sum price of$250,373.08.
