2. Direct all requests for Subconsultant services through the Consultant Project Manager, <br /> who will oversee and coordinate the work of all team members and will monitor the <br /> project scope, schedule, and budget. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The project duration will be up to 16 months, assuming a contract execution date of <br /> January 15, 2018 and termination date of April 30, 2019. <br /> 2. The Consultant will retain Subconsultants, Kindred Hydro, Inc. (KHI) for hydrogeology <br /> services and Osborn Consultants, Inc. (OCI) for engineering support services, as <br /> needed. <br /> 3. Refer to the assumptions regarding monitoring and allocation of the Not-to-Exceed <br /> budget in the Assumptions for Task 200. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Monthly invoices and progress reports, to be delivered electronically via e-mail. <br /> TASK 200: Development Review Support <br /> Objective <br /> Provide as-needed development review support, which may include assistance with review of <br /> pre-applications, land use applications, and construction permits for new or redevelopment <br /> projects in separated areas. Specific services to be performed will be agreed upon in writing <br /> with the City's Project Manager prior to commencing work in this task. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Assist with pre-application (pre-app) reviews: <br /> o Review submittal materials and provide comments and information for the City's <br /> review. <br /> o Review historical drainage problems documented in the City's 2017 Surface <br /> Water Comprehensive Plan update to assist in discussions with project <br /> applicants about known drainage problems on or downstream of proposed <br /> project sites. <br /> o Attend pre-app meetings for relatively large or complex projects, when invited by <br /> the City's Project Manager and when available. <br /> o Provide comments or information to the Development Technician for smaller or <br /> less complex projects. The Development Technician or City's Project Manager <br /> will discuss the comments or information with the applicant during the pre-app <br /> meetings. <br /> o Respond to developer questions on standards and requirements, either in person <br /> during the pre-application meeting or follow-up correspondences. <br /> City of Everett:2018-19 Permitting Services On-Call 2 <br />
