(1) Briefing by Navy Region Northwest on Naval Station Everett's nomination for a Joint Land Use Study. (2) CB 1801-02 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", Fund 354, Program 054, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. (3rd and final reading on 1-31-18). (3) Authorize purchase of an Aerial Ladder Truck from Pierce Manufacturing through Hughes Fire Equipment, Inc., utilizing contract VH11574, in the amount of $1,243,057.20, including Washington State sales tax. (4) CB 1801-03 — 1st Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance Relating to For-Hire Vehicles, amending Ordinance No. 3553-17 (chapter 5.68 EMC). (3rd and final reading on 1-31-18). CONSENT: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,449,680.33 for the period of December 30, 2017 through January 5, 2018. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $8,968,822.06 for the period of October 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017. ACTION ITEMS: (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission Commercial Use Permit/Temporary Vendor Permit &Application. (8) Adopt Resolution establishing Prohibited Areas related to areas of prostitution.
