(11) CB 1801-01 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Pigeon Creek / Burlington Northern Sante Fe Pedestrian Overcrossing," Fund 303, Program 080, as established by Ordinance No. 3081-08. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Grant Agreement E18-069 with the Washington State Military Department to receive funding for Emergency Management Operations in the amount of $61,498.00.
