The Everett Police Department has requested an update to <br /> the geographic areas based on prostitution crime data,as outlined in the Declaration of Lieutenant James Duffy. <br /> Based on his review of current crime data, it is proposed that SOAP geographic areas stay the same. <br /> RECOMIVIENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt a Resolution establishing Prohibited Areas related to areas of prostitution. <br /> 35 <br />
