The campaign includes both educational and <br /> enforcement activities from October 1,2017,through September 30,2018. This Memorandum of <br /> Understanding enables the Everett Police Department to participate in the campaign as a sub-grantee and <br /> receive reimbursement from SCSO for officer overtime costs associated with enforcement patrols. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with Snohomish County for a pedestrian <br /> safety campaign. <br /> 45 . <br />
