EVERETT STATION PARK-AND-RIDE EXPANSION <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. January 2018 <br /> • Perteet will prepare its invoice and associated progress report monthly. <br /> • A maximum of fourteen(14)progress reports and invoices will be prepared. <br /> • Submittal meetings will be held at Everett Transit or Perteet's Everett office as desired by Everett Transit. <br /> • Perteet will coordinate with subconsultants via e-mails,meetings,and phone calls on an as needed basis. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Kickoff Meeting Agenda and Minutes(PDF) <br /> • Draft Work Plan(PDF) <br /> • Final Work Plan(one[1]hard copy,PDF) <br /> • Project Schedule(Microsoft Project format)and up to two(2)updates <br /> • Project Meeting Agenda(up to six[6])and Minutes(up to six[6]) <br /> • Perteet Standard Monthly Progress Reports/Invoices(maximum of fourteen(14),hard copy) <br /> Task 2—Survey and Basemapping <br /> 2.1 Research, Survey Control, Boundary,and RAW Determination <br /> Research will be performed to identify local survey control monumentation which will be recovered and auxiliary <br /> control established as necessary in order to survey topographic features of the project site and to establish a <br /> horizontal and vertical datum on which to base the survey.Unless otherwise instructed,the horizontal datum will <br /> be NAD 83/2011 and the vertical datum NAVD 88.Boundary and Right-of-Way will be determined from <br /> available public records and field evidence. <br /> 2.2 Topographic Field Survey <br /> Upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed(NTP)Perteet will coordinate the services of a professional utility <br /> locating firm to mark indication of buried utilities on the surface with paint marks.Existing(if any)property <br /> corners will be recovered for use in establishing the exterior boundary of the site.Ground-based topographic <br /> surveys will be performed to generate basemaps at a convenient scale and to prepare DTM generated 1-foot <br /> contours for the area within the survey limits as delineated on the attached exhibit map entitled Everett Station <br /> Parking Lot Expansion Survey Limits.Topographic survey limits will be to the face of curb along Smith Avenue to <br /> the west;to the fence along the east side;and as shown on the exhibit on the north and south sides. <br /> • <br /> Features to be surveyed include,but are not necessarily limited to,the following: <br /> • Curb and gutter,including existing curb ramps and driveways <br /> • Sidewalks,crosswalks,driveways,curb cuts,and pavement edges <br /> • Walls,rockeries,and landscaping <br /> • Buildings,foundations,and other structures <br /> • Fences and gates <br /> • Luminaires <br /> • Subsurface utility paint marks and/or flags <br /> 4 <br /> File location:X:\Everett,City of\Promo Efforts\20170146-Everett Station P&R Expansion\Promo\Business Development\Scope\Everett Transit Parking <br /> Lot_Scope2018-1-10.docx 8 6 <br />
