Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction for a consultation, to evaluate Erosion/Sedimentation control set-up, and with all other inspection requests. 6. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards and the direction of the PW Inspector. Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 8. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. 9. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Kelsey Heyd at 425-257-7275 to schedule the inspection. 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant permission for display use. Call the inspection line to request a Final for this permit when all items have been completed (425-257-8881). 11. Right-of-Way Use permit is not eligible until this permit is finaled. No shed display shall take place until Right-of-Way Use Permit is in hand. 12. All work constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes.
