Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards and the direction of the PW Inspector. <br /> Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br /> 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 8. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. <br /> 9. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the <br /> Kelsey Heyd at 425-257-7275 to schedule the inspection. <br /> 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant permission for display use. Call the inspection line to <br /> request a Final for this permit when all items have been completed (425-257-8881). <br /> 11. Right-of-Way Use permit is not eligible until this permit is finaled.
